Life got very strange for the world over the past few months. The daily rituals we rely on for sanity and community have evaporated. But out of this mist, we must begin new habits or find creative ways to continue the rituals that make our lives whole.
For years I have been teaching fitness classes and personal training in gyms. Um, they are all closed. For now.
So how do we stay fit? Get in shape? Make the most of this time while we are social distancing?
We become an online community and hold each other accountable to be the best we can be.
I’m here to be the best fitness coach I can be and continue the work I love with the people I love.
Working out online is simple. There are thousands of platforms BUT connecting with another human who cares about YOU, who plans a workout for YOU – yeah, you with the bulging back discs, or the weak right ankle, or heart condition – and not just a free for all class with no one making sure you’re safely completing the moves is so much BETTER.
And that is what makes personal training so personal for me. I get to know you and your strengths and weaknesses and we work together for the goals that are important for you.
You are more likely to complete your workout because I am there waiting for you and that adds accountability that a generic online class will never give you.
Community, connection, compassion and a solid plan for YOU.
