Hi, I'm Elyssa (my pictures are all over the home page, so enough of that!)

I’ve been in the fitness industry since 1998. I hold certifications with ACSM as a Personal Trainer, NASM for Group Fitness, and Moksha Yoga as a Certified Yoga Instructor. You can click here to see my credentials. My specialty is functional fitness for active aging to keep you strong, flexible, and doing all the things you love to do in life. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients from teen-agers to late into their 80s, but my specialty is the over 40 crowd.

I’ve torn a hamstring, strained my shoulder, had 3 foot surgeries, and have a chronic health condition. I’m not 18 anymore and my workouts reflect that. I like to eat out, and I don’t want to live at the gym. Does any of this sound familiar?

From my decades in the industry, I’ve honed programs to help people maintain their active lifestyles through the many seasons of their lives such as weddings, postpartum, menopause, and to get ready for their ¬†child’s wedding. ¬†I’ve even coached clients pre and post knee and or hip replacements.
